A Romantic Love Letter written by Sir Walter Raleigh

The letter was written whilst he was awaiting execution in “The Tower of London” so it reads as both a romantic love letter letter to his wife and his last will and testament. He was combining in one letter the emotional side of how to express his love and looking at the practical aspects of dealing with how she was going to continue being financially supported after his death.

I wonder what I would be writing to my husband if I seriously thought I was about to die.
